Farrah Wilder is a dynamic real estate leader and innovator dedicated to shaping the future of the industry. As the founder and CEO of heygent, she is developing a web-based platform that uses AI to help home buyers and their agents navigate the home purchase process. Farrah is widely recognized for her leadership in fair housing, real estate diversity, and buyer representation, and she actively writes, speaks, consults, and creates resources to support real estate professionals in serving diverse communities.
A former Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at the California Association of REALTORS®, Farrah led fair housing and inclusion initiatives, co-authored fair housing training, and helped develop a closing cost grant program for first-time home buyers from underserved communities. Her consulting clients have included the National Association of REALTORS® and the Chicago Association of REALTORS®.

Farrah is the CEO and founder of heygent, a real estate technology startup in development that is reimagining the home-buying experience with the power of next-generation AI. heygent will be a smart, centralized platform designed to automate time-consuming tasks for buyer’s agents—enhancing their organization, responsiveness, and communication. Not only will heygent support agents and teams managing large, multi-client workloads but it will also empower buyers with clarity and confidence through the home buying journey.
Consulting
Farrah helps real estate associations and multicultural organizations develop fair housing and diversity events, training, and inclusion initiatives tailored to their unique needs. As a subject matter expert on fair housing and buyer representation, she helps organizations create impactful courses and programming that support their members. She has contributed to major fair housing training initiatives, including NAR’s Fairhaven, and designs educational content aimed at promoting solid buyer representation practices and advancing equity in real estate.

In collaboration with Dr. E’toile O’Rear-Libbett, Farrah offers courses and materials on buyer representation. Our proven system boosts efficiency, enhances the client experience, and increases referrals. We offer live webinars, recorded content, and in-depth training on buyer representation—covering topics such as effective initial meetings, negotiation strategies, getting offers accepted, and building scalable systems. The program also features actionable tools, downloadable templates, and other resources to help agents streamline their processes and deliver exceptional service.
Writing and Speaking
Farrah speaks and writes on diversity, equity, inclusion, fair housing, and buyer representation in the residential real estate industry. Her blog is called Art of Buyer Agency and she has contributed extensively to national and state REALTOR® publications, focusing on diversity, fair housing and strategies to address homeownership disparities. She presents nationwide to real estate organizations, delivering impactful talks on inclusion, housing policy, the history of fair housing, and expanding access to homeownership for first-time buyers and those with less generational wealth.
